Portlander invites you to join us with an open mind for a decadent 3 course dinner and Masterclass hosted by our Executive Chef Tim Banks and Chris McIntyre, a Deer Milk Farmer from Benio, on the sophisticated new dairy product taking the industry by storm: Pāmu Deer Milk.

We will also have a Pāmu Deer Milk based cocktail waiting for you on arrival for a great start to an eye opening night.

Tim will showcase the diversity of the product by incorporating Pāmu Deer Milk in to each course, while providing handy tips and tricks of the trade along the way.

On the other hand, Chris will provide insight and a wealth of knowledge on the product itself. From ethical farming to the health benefits, feel free to ask all those underlying questions!
